Adekunle Thomas Fakile
Convener
Adekunle Thomas Fakile is a highly motivated, dynamic, inspirational Christian with excellent communication skills and an
enthusiastic attitude. He has transferable skills through academic knowledge and work experiences straddling the private, voluntary and public sectors. He is a graduate of Theology and Counselling from the London School of Theology and currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Theology and Christian Leadership. He has skills in conflict management, mediation, resolution and able to influence leaders for effective team building.
Pastor Fakile has written and spoken extensively on theological matters both in the UK, US, Europe and Africa. His work with other charitable organisations abroad in community development and relationship management between the local youths, the police, the homeless and the Church has led to joint partnership in co-hosting seminars, outreach and training programs.
He has keen interest in the development of Christian leadership and personal growth, the Lord has equipped him with spiritual gifts as one called to work with others for leadership, discipleship and mentoring others to be who they have been called to be through the teaching of the undiluted word of God.
Pastor Thomas Fakile believes he has a role to play in the spiritual formation, growth and reformation of the Church universally. Hence, the birthing of the Word Bearers Ministry, a Non-denominational ministry where the undiluted word of God is been taught. He is a staunch member of the C & S Church. He is a certified Christian Counsellor and also a certified member of the John Maxwell Leadership Team. He is happily married with 4 beautiful children.
Mrs Olufemi Fakile
Associate Pastor
Olufemi Fakile is a qualified Integrative Counsellor with proven experience in supporting clients. She is a registered member of the British Association for
Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), Association of Christians in Counselling and Linked Professions and Black African Asian Therapy Network. She has the skills to counsel couples and individuals with addictions and mental health issues. She has skills in mediation, conflict management and team management. She is an active member of the choir in the church she attends.
She holds together people of different points of view for effective team building and working in innovative ways as expressed in my continued management role in the Church as a leader of a group of over 20 women in the Church.
Femi has the ability to listen to others attentively
She is happily married with 4 beautiful children and a grandchild.
Grace Oluwalola
Minister
Grace Oluwalola is a Global Human Resources practitioner with years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Management, Operations Management,
Culture and Change development and has worked across different sectors of the economy in Nigeria and other countries of the world.
Grace is a mentor, an entrepreneur and coach. She has helped to coach and develop several youths through some of her Capacity Development platforms. In January, 2023, she founded The Mentors Consult; a platform for youth mentorship where youths and school leavers gets information about employability.
Grace works as Director of HR/COO at GetFundedAfrica – a global Software and Funding organization helping to shape the funding ecosystem all over Africa.
Grace is also a Compere for programmes, loves to sing and make people laugh, a poet and a friend.
Grace Oluwalola is the beloved of the Most High and loves to share the love of God at every opportunity.
Omobolaji Fayokemi Adesanya

Omobolaji is a highly motivated, intelligent multi-linguist with cutting edge communication skills – Fluent in English, French and Portuguese
Languages. She has a solid leadership, great interpersonal and people skills. She also has great reasoning abilities and very analytical. Omobolaji is competent in adapting to changes with fast learning spirit.
She obtained a Diploma degree in French and French Literature from The Nigerian French language village, Badagry; a Bachelor’s degree in Portuguese Language from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife; and language proficiency from the Federal University of Salvador, Bahia, Brazil. She also earned her Masters of Public and International Affairs from the University Of Lagos.
Omobolaji is a Co-founder and Community manager with Obasphere Solutions Limited where they design and build Enterprise Resource Planning Solution Software that help automate business processes. She was among the 1st cohort of the Entrepreneur Development and Business Management program at the Lagos Business School organized by the Bank of Industry, where she has horned her skill in Entrepreneurship and Business Management.
Omobolaji is an instructor, writer, speaker; she is married and blessed with 3 children. She is an unapologetic lover of God with passion for teaching the undiluted word of God.
