THE WORD BEARERS CONFERENCE 2023
Introduction:
As we journey through the pages of time, The Word Bearers Ministries stands steadfast, continuing its mission of guiding believers towards a deeper understanding of the Word of God. With each passing year, the ministry has delved into themes that resonate with the hearts of the faithful, nurturing spiritual growth and fortitude. Having explored the value of the Word, harnessed divine power, and fostered connections, The Word Bearers Ministries now embarks on a new chapter: "Emerge." In this year of 2023, the focus is on rising above life's challenges through unwavering faith, bolstered by the insights and truths found in the Scriptures.!
Overview:
The Word Bearers Ministries is a non-denominational ministry with the Vision to make believers study the word for themselves, thereby knowing the Word’s worth. Our Mission is to teach the undiluted word of God so much that participants are motivated to pick up the Bible and read it with renewed vigor and enthusiasm. Here is a brief overview of where we are coming from, Year 2020 we looked at Word's worth, Year 2021, we looked at Powered Up, last year 2022, we looked at the theme Connect. Looking at where we are coming from, write a write-up on the topic Emerge for this year 2023 with biblical references.
Emerge 2023:
In this pivotal year, The Word Bearers Ministries is dedicated to helping believers rise above challenges and difficulties through a deepened connection with the Word of God. The time is now to emerge. Gideon would have remained under the terebinth tree which was in Ophrah living in fear of the Midianites until God’s call for him to emerge. "Emerge" is a call to action—a call to lean into the transformative power of Scripture and to emerge as stronger, more faithful individuals. Many people are currently performing or manifesting below the surface or parapet of life. Through weekly teachings, discussions, and communal reflections, participants will be encouraged to:
Empower Through Truth: Delve into the Word to discover profound truths that can fortify the spirit and equip believers with the tools needed to navigate life's trials.
Emerge from Doubt: Through studying the lives of biblical figures who emerged from doubt and uncertainty, participants will find inspiration to overcome their own uncertainties and emerge with a renewed sense of purpose.
Endure with Hope: By exploring passages that illustrate the endurance of faith even in challenging circumstances, participants will be inspired to persevere and emerge stronger in their walk with God.
Elevate Others: Just as Joseph, the Israelites, and Jesus' disciples emerged to impact their communities, participants will be encouraged to use their transformed lives as a means to uplift and influence those around them positively.
As The Word Bearers Ministries embraces the theme "Emerge" for 2023, it invites all believers to rise above, inspired by the transformative narratives of the Bible and driven by a deepened connection with the Word. Through faith, dedication, and a commitment to seeking truth, participants can emerge from this year stronger, more resilient, and more radiant in their faith journey.

Conference Brief
As Word Bearers, Our Vision is to make believers study the word for themselves thereby knowing the Word’s worth. And our Mission is to teach the undiluted word of God so much that participants are motivated to pick up the Bible and read with renewed vigor and enthusiasm just like the Bereans in Acts 17:11. There is power in the word of God but how much of that are we putting into use?
Our conference for this year is tagged Connect. God right from creation exercised dominion over creation and all of life. This is what we are created to be. We can only function fully as authenticated being when we remain connected. Adam disconnect is our cry today.
Abide in Me, and I will abide in you. A branch cannot bear fruit if it is disconnected from the vine, and neither will you if you are not connected to Me. John 15:4 TV
Connectivity to the source is an assurance for sustainability and constant flow from the top to the entire body. Much more than the pulpit, God is looking for as many that will stay connected and unwavering from him. However, we find so many disconnect and gap in the body of Christ that you wonder if this is coming from the Father or the flesh.

Brief
From the beginning it was not so that man should be independent of himself but to depend solely on the most high. However, after the fall man missed the mark and missed out in the relationship and fellowship he enjoyed with the father. After so many prototypes and sacrifices it was obvious that man in himself cannot help himself except he is helped by the one who is the creator and life giver.
Therefore, the perfect sacrifice was offered on the cross for man Hallelujah. The lamb paid it all and if man believes his relationship is back in place. Nevertheless disconnects can be found in man because of countless distractions that tends to take our gaze off the father. Hence, the needs for connectivity to the source, as we cannot by ourselves survive. John 15: 4.
This session will be laying the foundation on the main theme and also to prepare our guest for the following day onsite.

Brief
Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me. These words were no truer when it was written than now. They are as real as when it was written. The Jewish nation was agrarian and the Jesus teachings best capture things that were relatable to them. Every farmer is aware that no branch can survive on itself except it is connected to the branch, hence, Jesus’ representation of our relationship with him. We have to be in sync with him at all time.
The sub-themes are Rewire and Renew.
1. Rewire: The Children of Israel had the promise, and they indeed had the saviour and all it takes for them to enter into the rest promised to them and their generations to come. Unfortunately, they became known for wandering about. Our connectedness gives access to unlimited power and resources but unfortunately, accessing these treasures have been a problem for many because of our thinking. When you conform you can’t transform. The transformation we expect in ministry is possible only if we are open to the rewiring of system of belief.
2. Renew: To remain connected, there is a constant renewal that needs to take place in our inner being. Apostle Paul said in Eph. Ch 4:23 to be renewed in the Spirit of our mind, just as we experience a great physical change when we regularly exercise our bodies and eat healthy food, same goes for our spirit man.
Plenary Session:
Are you yearning for a reconnection or a connection? Ezekiel 36:25-27 I will sprinkle you with water. What water? Do you need help? We want to address the practicality of what has been taught during the session. We will taking live questions and case studies during this session.
God right from creation exercise dominion over creation and all of life. This is what we are created to be. We can only function fully as authenticated being when we remain connected. Adam’s disconnect is our cry today. Sin is a reason why many people disconnect with God. No man can reach his full potential in ministry if they persist in sin.
The day will end with “Reload” – Prayers and Altar Call led by Minister Thompson, Pastor Ayo Adisa and Pastor Damilola Karounwi.
We trust in God’s supremacy and power to direct all humans to accomplish His purpose therefore, we are open to receiving more of His Rhema for the day.

Meet Our Speakers
Pastor Kunle Fakile trained as an Engineer from the University of Middlesex and also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from the London School of Theology. A seasoned preacher and teacher of the Gospel. Thomas has a passion for souls and for the unrivalled Word of God to be spread across all borders. It was the passion for the dissemination of God’s mind through the efficacious Word of God that gave birth to The Word Bearers Ministries.
This is another time of refreshing in the presence of our Father at the Word Bearers Conference. God wants us to connect with him at all times in order that our relationship with him may flourish enhancing his miraculous move in our lives as John 15 says that a branch cannot bear fruit if it is disconnected from the vine, and neither will we if we are not connected to Christ.

Ayodele Adisa Moses is a graduate of Economics from Lagos State University. He presently works with an ICT firm where IT related solutions are provided. With a muslim background, he got to know the Lord at the age of 14 where he prayed and trusted God for the salvation of his family members. Today everyone is joyfully serving the Lord. He is a man of prayer with signs and wonders following.
